As Local Now built out their library of free ad-supported streaming television content, interstitials and bumpers were requested to hold the audiences attention between episodes and advertisements. Say What!? is one of those "series" of bumpers that I designed. All of the half-tone conversion happens right inside of Adobe Premiere. All the editor needs to do is arrange the sections, select the media, and type out the facts!
